California Coastline
We made it to the coastline today. Beautiful country with rolling green hills and red soil and of course now the ocean. Had a very pleasant drive today with a mixed bag of weather. Some sun, some rain showers, some cloud. But nice now and hopefully when we drive down the coastline tomorrow it will be nice and we can go down to some of the beaches.We went down Hwy 1 on the way to Big Sur but they had a landslide and closed the road so we had to turn around and go back to Hwy 101. Tomorrow we should get back to Hwy 1 and follow it down to Santa Barbara and visit Ed's brother Everett for Easter weekend.

Great to hear you are enjoying the beautiful scenery. :) Say hello to Everett from us, I'm sure you will all have a very nice time together. Your tulips here look pretty grown, it's amazing what some sun does! The ones in the entrance are mostly yellow, some will be orange. They haven't opened yet but they look much taller now. No squirrels have dared to cross the fort today. Your house is warmer now, we might start growing orchids inside.
